OK, it’s our deck…and it’s bad. Really bad. We bought a foreclosed house, and it really needs attention.
We don’t have a fenced in yard,and after all of the money spent on a new roof (the old one leaked), we don’t have enough money to get a fence, but we can put in a gate for the deck…but first we need to clean it and stain it.
We got an estimate: and even with using the materials we bought (on sale at ACO hardware)) $400. We can’t afford it, so we’ll do it ourselves.
